Story

To redesign application journey for onboarding users which according the client felt to be an important pain point and needs design upgrade. Research focused on finding the right user needs in this focused stretch of journey are identified and insights generated were converted to design inputs. Also the brand had confusing identities, so the base requirement was to bring all in one space.
